About the Instructor
Mr. Paul V.
Hilario, PhD finished his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Arts in Psychology at the
University of the Philippines in Diliman.
He finished his PhD in counseling psychology at the DLSU-Dasmarinas.
He has been in the world of work for the last 15 years.
He started working in San Beda in 1992 as the Grade School Psychometrician.
He transferred to the newly established College Department as Assistant to the College Registrar in 1996.
In 1997, he served as Student Formation Officer. In SY 1998 to 2001, he was appointed as College Registrar.
Currently, Mr. Paul V. Hilario is the Department Chair of the Psychology Department, of San Beda College Alabang.
He is also a volunteer PAASCU accreditor for the tertiary level..
His research interests include I/O psychology, Social Psychology, and Career Development. Some of his research works are included in the Philippine Journal of Counseling Psychology and the DLSUD COE Graduate School Journal. He has presented his research works in various conferences of different professional organizations like the PAP, CDAP, PACERS and PTECHS..
He is happily married to Mrs. Marie Gethsemanie P. Hilario and proud father to Samuelle Feliz P. Hilario.
